The nose is racy and offers elegance, a small concentration as well as a fine power. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of crunchy Boysen berry, crunchy wild strawberry and more slightly racy minerality, Cuben pepper associated with touches of crunchy raspberry, discreet hints of violet, nutmeg, spices as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper and vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, crunchiness, tension, suavity, racy minerality, a fine freshness, a good structure as well as a very fine acidulous frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, crunchy strawberry and more slightly crunchy/juicy cassis associated with fine touches of racy minerality, flowers as well as discreet hints of toasted, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of mild tobacco (in the background).
