The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers a good definition, tension, precision as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy red berries associated with slight hints of flowers (iris, peony), bulb, chocolate as well as a discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are fine and precise.
