The nose is fruity and offers a fine power and a good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, blackberry, small notes of small violet plum as well as very fine hints of racy minerality, sugared mild tobacco and very discreet hints of toasted/mocha. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, precision, freshness as well as gourmandize, a fine unctuosity and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous/pulpy blackberry, black plum, small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of crushed redcurrant as well as hints of violet, toasted, chocolate and very discreet hints of almond. Good length. Tannins are elegant. A very discreet chew on the finish/persistence.
