The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame,a beautiful definition, tension, an aerial side, finesse of the grain, energy, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a good definition/construction. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy blueberry and small notes of ripe wild cassis associated with small touches of raspberry, chocolate as well as a fine hint of toasted, toasted hazelnut, a very discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of tea (in the background).Good length. Tannins are elegant, fine and finely chewy. Beautiful persistence on Bourbon vanilla.
