The nose is fresh, spicy and offers a stretched side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, clove and small notes of sweet pepper, associated with touches of cornflower and a hint of iris. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers energy and juicy/fresh fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/bright cassis and small notes of small concentrated red fruits, combined with a touch of cornflower, fairly ripe wild cherry, small pulpy red plums, as well as hints of vanilla and star anise. A wine offering gourmandise and a gourmand persistence. The tannins are mellow, sapid and juicy.
