Château La Garricq 2024 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose is frank and fruity, offering spices, a little power, a fine intensity and a fine darkness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small bright black berries and small notes of violet, associated with touches of lily, camphor, graphene, as well as fine mineral hints and a hint of toastiness. The palate is well-built, fresh, supple, mineral and offers a certain elegance and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of small blue fruits, associated with touches of bright raspberry, as well as fine hints of infusion, black tea, delicate hints of cinnamon and roasting. Good length. The tannins are racy, precise and mellow. A little chewiness and gourmandise on the finish/persistence. Good definition.
