Château La Garricq 2015 – Moulis-en-Médoc – Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fruity and offers a certain finesse as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of wild raspberry combined with slight touches of licorice, chocolate, toasted touches and a subtle hint of spices and tea / tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers precision, finesse, a small fat, freshness, a racy minerality as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and slight notes of ripe wild red berries associated with discreet touches of zan, tobacco and racy minerality. Tannins are well-built and slightly firm. Good length. Beautiful, gourmand and suave persistence. Congratulations!
