The nose is fruity, very finely tight and offers a fine gourmandize, a small racy minerality as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of pulpy wild blackberry, violet, liquorice, small notes of crushed cassis associated with a touch of small crushed berries, nutmeg, zan, a very discreet hint of green cardamom and an imperceptible hint of bourbon vanilla pod. The palate is fruity, very discreetly tight, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine acidulous frame, juiciness as well as tension and concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, juicy griotte cherry, small notes small acidulous/juicy red berries associated with touches of crushed plum, liquorice, violet, lily as well as a fine hint of graphit, a racy minerality, zan, an imperceptible hint of grey pepper and mild tobacco. A very discreet iodine hint in the finish/persistence. Good length.
