The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of small wild berries, blackberry and fine notes of plum, red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) combined with hints of chocolate, toasted / caramelized wood and a discreet hint of blueberry and spices. The mouth fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well conducted, suave, a bit gourmand and offers a small unctuosity and fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, sour cherry and strawberry combined with discreet hints of raspberry, chocolate / mocha, toasted wood and a very discreet hint of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
