Château la Galiane 2016 – Margaux 

The nose is fruity, well-balanced, racy and structured. It reveals notes of wild strawberry and small wild fruits associated with small touches of blackberry, cassis as well as discreet hints of liquorice and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, a fine straightness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild raspberry, wild blackberry and zan associated with small touches of flowers, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices (in the background) and tonka bean (in the background). Good persistence.
