The nose is fruity and slightly tight. This wine should developped in the glass. It reveals notes of cassis, strawberry and more slightly fleshy cherry associated with touches of gray pepper, spices as well as fine hints of toasted (in the background). The palate is fresh, mineral, juicy, precise and offers tension, a fine acidulous/juicy frame as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy cassis, crunchy/juicy raspberry and more slightly crunchy/juicy cherry associated with fine touches of crunchy/juicy red berries as well as a hint of flowers and a very discreet hint of liquorice stick.
