The nose is fruity, slightly concentrated and aromatic. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, black cherry and red berries associated with slight touches of wild strawberry as well as hints of spices and subtle toasted hints / vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers a slight juiciness, a slight minerality, a slight acid frame as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry and ripe / fresh redcurrant, associated with touches of cherry, cassis, a subtle / imperceptible hint of violet (in the background) as well as very discreet hints of liquorice and vanilla. Tannins are fine. There is a very discreet touch of gray pepper on the aftertaste.
