The nose is fruity, gourmand, precise and powerful. It reveals notes of wild strawberry and blackberry combined with a touch of cassis, a hint of oak, small notes of chocolate and a discreet touch of black pepper berries. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy, relatively gourmand, relatively fat and offers depthness, a beautiful suavity as well as a silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, cassis jam and black cherry associated with slight notes of dark chocolate, touches of small fresh red berries, licorice and discreet hints of toasted oak. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and beautiful aromatic persistance with toasted notes and chocolate. Beautiful potential.
