The nose is delicate, melodious and offers a voluptuous side, airy substance and lovely finesse in its substance. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cornflower and small notes of crushed Charlotte strawberry, associated with touches of blueberry, as well as delicate hints of lilac and nutmeg. The palate is well-built, fresh, juicy and offers a nice freshness and a nice little coating fatness (without heaviness, with finesse). It also presents a certain pulpiness, finesse and energy. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of brilliant raspberry, combined with touches of blueberry, cornflower, lilac, as well as fine hints of Bourbon vanilla and nutmeg. Lovely chewiness and mellowness on the finish. The tannins are mellow, tasty and gourmand, with a fine chalky side in the background and a subtle touch of dark chocolate.
