The nose is aromatic and offers complexity, a certain power, freshness, spices and a multi-layered profile. It expresses notes of wild cassis, cardamom, bergamot and small notes of wild berries associated with touches of sweet pepper, zan and clove. The palate is nicely suave, fresh, juicy, gourmand, with harmony, suppleness, fatness and roundness, a nice finesse in its fat, smoothness in accuracy/finesse. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy blueberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of boysenberry as well as hints of zan, colas, cherry blossoms, black tea and bourbon vanilla. Tannins are mellow and sapid, savoury.
