The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/acidulous cassis associated with fine touches of blueberry, violet as well as very discreet toasted hints and a subtle hint of bourbon vanilla. There are very fine hints of chocolate on the finish.
