It reveals notes of ripe / fresh strawberries, small wild red fruits and small notes of cassis associated with touches of small blue berries, cornflowers, small flowers, fine hints of cardamom, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of sens of the place (local biotop) and spices. The palate is fruity, sapid, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine salinity, a small freshness, a small aerial side as well as a good aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, wild strawberries and small notes of crushed wild red berries associated with touches of small blue fruits, blue plum, violet, cardamom, slight hints of tonka bean / chocolate, a sense of place (local biotop) as well as a discreet hint of Cuben pepper and black olive. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. Sapidity on the finish.
