The nose is elegant, aromatic, floral and offers a certain small concentration, intensity as well as a certain power in control. A pretty velvety grain, powerful, racy and fine. We find notes of violet, lily, crushed blueberry and small notes of Madagascar pepper associated with touches of wild pepper, small berries, concentrated fruits as well as hints of roasted-juicy fruits, discreet hints of infusion and spices. The palate is fruity and offers a tangy frame, juiciness, suavity, minerality, good definition, a certain fleshiness, velvety and delicacy, density in elegance and mastery, a fine blackness. It expresses notes of concentrated bigarreau cherry, concentrated blackcurrant and small notes of small roasted-juicy red fruits associated with touches of infusion, tonka bean, cornflower, graphene as well as fine hints of almost dark chocolate, aromatic herbs and roasting. A nice definition, Tannins are fresh, suave, tasty and tracing.
