The nose is elegant, precise, racy and offers a beautiful aerial side in its grain, and a certain delicacy. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, pulpy wild blackberry and small notes of ripe/ fresh small fruits associated with touches of cornflower, star anise and slight hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, with minerality, precision, freshness, suppleness, fullness, harmony, and a melodious side in its energy/ acidulous. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet, pulpy blackcurrant, and small notes of acidulous/juicy blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, lily, chocolate, and a discreet hint of sweet tobacco. Good length with gourmandise. There are sapidity. Fine mellowness on the finish/ persistence.
