The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful fresh/juicy fruit, power, a fine intensity as well as a fine crunchiness. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, violet, small nots of small wild blue fruits associated with small touches of Sichuan pepper, spices, fine hints of pencil lead, spices and an imperceptible hint of Badiane. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a racy minerality as well as a good definition, freshness, a small concentration and deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/fresh wild blackberry, a hint of juicy/fresh blueberry as well as hints of cornflower, lily, pencil lead, cocoa and a very discreet hint of toasted, a subtle hint of Badiane and an imperceptible hint of bergamot (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant. A very discreet chew and acidulous on the finish/persistence.
