Château La Croizille 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, elegant, precise and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, small ripe berries, small notes of violet associated with small touches of fresh lilac, blackberry/fresh raspberry, pepper as well as hints of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, tension and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, blackberry, small notes of violet associated with small touches of raspberry, lilac, pulpy blueberry as well as hints of raspberry, lilac and blueberry. Good length. Tannins are well-built and precise. A very discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence.
