The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, blackcurrant and slight woody notes, spices (including a hint of pepper) combined with a touch of mocha / chocolate. The palate is fresh, balanced and reveals a certain texture and a good tension in the mouth. In the mouth it expresses notes of ripe fruit (blackberry, plum) and a tip of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry) associated with a grilled/woody touch and a touch of mulberry. There is a small note of salinity all along the tasting. Tannins are well made. Good length and aftertaste.
