The nose is elegant, well-built and offers a small gourmandise as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe blackberry, cornflowers and crushed small blue fruits associated with slight hints of caramel, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background) and blond tobacco. The mouth is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a small fat, tension, gourmandise, roundness as well as a very slight freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and small notes of lilies / lilacs associated with touches of pulpy / crushed blue fruits, cornflowers, hints of zan, blond tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of tea, cocoa and a very discreet almost saline hint on the finish / persistence. Good length. Beautiful persistence.
