The nose is fresh and offers a fine/finely tight grain and a small tension. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, fresh/crunchy redcurrant, small notes of fresh raspberry associated with small touches of fresh purple plum, lilac, fresh nutmeg as well as discreet hints of Ceylon tea and pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, a small tension as well as a certain suavity, roundness, a small fat and a certain harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, blackberry, small notes of small bright red currants associated with touches of lilac, crunchy/acidulous plum, sweet spices, varietal and a discreet hint of fresh pepper (in the background). Good length. The tannins are well built and discreetly firm.
