Château La Création 2020 – Pomerol

On the nose, elegant and offers some complexity, freshness, good definition as well as some elegant depth. It reveals notes of fleshy wild blackberry, bright cassis and hints of toasted bread associated with hints of blueberry, blueberry, fine strawberry tips as well as discreet vanilla, cinnamon, black tea and a subtle hint of hazelnut. On the palate, elegant, balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a nice delicacy, a certain gourmandize, an acidic frame, precision, a small mastered richness, roundness, depth, an airy character in balance as well as precision and a certain aromatic purity. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/sparkling boysenberry, pulpy/sparkling Quetsche plum and hints of juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with small touches of cherry, blueberry, violet/lilac, hints of camphor, roasting, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of vanilla and hazelnut. The tannins are precise, elegant and finely mellow. Good length.
