Château La Création 2019 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, racy and offers power (in control), intensity (in finesse), deepness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of black plum, cassis, small notes of small wild berries associated with fine touches of violet, lily, very fine hints of small blue fruits (in the background), grey/black pepper, camphor as well as a discreet hint of grilled and smoke. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition, roundness, suavity, a beautiful pulpy/juicy/fresh fruit, dynamism, a small fat, a fine acidulous frame as well as a good purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy/juicy violet plum, small notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, zan, mild tobacco, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of vanilla pod. Tannins are well-built, racy and finely tight. Good length.
