Château La Couspaude 2023 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is mineral, racy and offers a certain depth, notes of boysenberry, pulpy raspberry and more slightly – small black fruits associated with fine touches of spices, camphor, toast, a hint of mocha and a subtle hint almost sage and vanilla in the background. The palate is nicely juicy, soft, gourmet, and offers freshness, accuracy, a fine tension. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright raspberry and more slightly – small fleshy/juicy/fresh fruits, associated with touches of infusion, sage, toast as well as fine hints almost maceration in freshness and a discreet hint of tobacco. Precise, juicy, fresh and gourmet tannins.
