It reveals notes of quite ripe cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of creamy plum associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as hints of liquorice, violet, caramelization and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, a small freshness as well as a beautiful finesse of the guideline, power and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, crushed wild blackberry and small notes of small creamy black fruits associated with touches of fresh raspberry, small juicy/finely acidulous blue berries as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, cardamom, sweet spices and mild tobacco. Tannins are fine, slightly tight and straight.
