The nose is quite elegant. It reveals notes of licorice, violet and blackberry jelly associated with a hint of cassis as well as discreet toasted notes / notes of caramel. The palate is fruity, precise, racy, balanced and offers a certain freshness / a racy minerality, tension and harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and slight notes of cherry associated with touches of cassis juice, spices and toasted touches. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length.
