The nose is aromatic, fine and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and hints of cassis bud associated with slight notes of blueberry, flowers as well as small notes of spice and a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmande, elegant, suave, sleek, harmonious, well-built and offers a beautiful silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy cassis and fine notes of juicy wild strawberry associated with touches of cherry as well as a hint of zan, chocolate, toasted oak and fine touches of spices. Tannins are fine, elegant and well-built. Good length.
