The nose is slightly tight/on the hold and offers concentration as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of ripe raspberry associared with fine touches of flowers as well as a subtle hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, gourmandize as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of small juicy/fresh small red berries associated with a touch of cornflower, iris, subtle hint of red raspberry, zan as well as a hint of nutmeg, a very discreet hint of crushed almond and an imperceptible hint of tea (in the background). Tannins are very finely firm. Good length.
