The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, very slightly tight, finely unctuous and offers gourmandise, a fine richness, a mineral frame and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed quince, compoted apple and small notes of candied pear associated with a touch of candied pineapple, lychee, a touch of candied lemon, beeswax / botrytis as well as a hint of orange / kumquat and caramelization. Good length.
