The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small intensity with a certain small creaminess and a very discreet floral touch. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy strawberry, and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of creamy cherry and slight hints of star anise and flowers. The palate is fresh, beautifully mineral, supple, and silky and offers a slight creaminess in freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, pulpy raspberry and has small notes of fleshy/ juicy cherry associated with touches of small fruits pulpy/ juicy as well as hints of toast and a subtle hint of toasted almond. There is a slight mache on the finish/ persistence. We have soft, elegant, and precise tannins with a beautiful minerality.
