The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers a beautiful mineral frame, tension, a small aerial side, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good definition, a beautiful finesse, gourmandize, generosity as well as complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/acidulous frame, fleshy/acidulous cassis and small notes of crunchy/acidulous strawberry associated with a touch of acidulous red berries, violet as well as hints of caramelization, tonka bean and discreet hints of toasted. Tannins are elegant and fine. A fine sapide hint as well as a fine hint of almost saline minerality on the finish. There are very discreet hints of toasted oak and toasted almond on the finish/persistence. A fine chew on the finish/persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of grilled bread on the persistence.
