Château La Chandellière 2022 – Médoc, Cru Bourgeois

The nose is slightly concentrated, with fine power and an aerial, spicy, and finely velvety grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of creamy strawberry, as well as toasty, vanilla hints and a touch of cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and fresh, with a little gourmandise and a fresh frame. It offers good definition, suppleness, gourmandise and a bright, vibrant fruitiness. In mouth this wine expresses notes of concentrated red berries, crushed cassis and small notes of violet plum, associated with touches of cornflower, sweet blond tobacco, star anise and a hint of chocolate. Fresh, supple and delicious. A wine that offers harmony.
