The nose reveals a slight concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and small notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant combined with a hint of blue fruit and touches of licorice, toasted touches and an imperceptible touch of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good freshness as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, crushed fleshy cherry and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of ripe / fresh recurrant, toasted oak, chocolate and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are a bit dry. The finish is a bit dry.
