The nose reveals notes of leather, cassis liqueur and blackberry combined with a hint of flowers and spices (Sichuan pepper, a touch of Ceylon tea). The palate is fruity, fresh, fleshy / full / dense, slightly smooth and offers a certain minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and raspberry combined with touches of black berries and dark chocolate. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length and persistence.
