The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a fine power as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry, small notes of zan, toasted associated with fine touches of vanilla, fresh cherry as well as fine hints of crushed plum, nutmeg, sweet spices and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers tension, a racy minerality and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry/griotte, juicy/fleshy blackberry, small notes of small juicy/acidulous red berries associated with fine touches of coffee, liquorice/liquorice stick and cardamom. An imperceptible hint of tea (in the background). Good length.
