The nose is aromatic and offers power, a fine concentration, a fine minerality and freshness. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe cassis, fresh/ripe blackberry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of toasted/caramelization, nutmeg and very discreet hints of nutmeg/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a fine juiciness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of small red berries associated with hints of racy minerality, flowers and fine hints of chocolate and toasted almond. Good length. A very discreet hint of griled hazelnut on the finish/persistance.
