The nose is fruity, racy and offers a nice freshness, a beautiful grain and a certain deepness. It reveals notes of bright wild cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright red berries as well as hints of crushed Bigarreau cherry, licorice as well as a discreet hint of coffee and a subtle almost mandarin/zest hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, suavity, sapidity and a good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cassis, bright raspberry and small notes of bright blueberry associated with touches of small black berries, cornflowers, fresh violet as well as a subtle hint of liquorice, zan, spices, a very discreet hint of iris, pepper and toast. Tannins are precise and well-built. Good length. A well-built wine that offers a beautiful generosity of the fruit!
