Château La Brande 2019 – Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers concentration, power. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small blue berries, small notes of cornflower/lily associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, Boysen berry as well as fine hints of timut, tea and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers tension, freshness as well as power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy Boysen berry, small notes of small blue berries associated with fine hints of timut pepper, nutmeg as well as hints of tea and sweet spices. Good length. Tannins are fine, structuring. Good length. A fine cocoa hint on the aftertaste.
