(first vintage certified in organic agriculture ) The nose is fruity, straight and structured (marked by Cabernet). It reveals notes of cassis, violet and cherry associated with a touch of juicy red berries, fresh raspberry, juicy black berries, toasted, vanilla and a very discreet hint of cardamon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, a nice acid frame, suavity and gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy redcurrant and juicy wild strawberry associated with hints of cherry, vanilla, caramelized oak as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamon and tea on the finish. Tannins are a bit firm. Good length.
