The nose is powerful, relatively complex and moderately powerful. It reveals notes of ripe fruit, blueberry and slight notes of strawberry, chocolate, cassis, truffle and woody notes. This vintage is more marked by the ageing than the vintage 2012. The mouth is fleshy, elegant, complex, gourmand and offers a small tension. A little freshness leads tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of cream of blackberry, raspberry and blueberry combined with a hint of cherry, chocolate and oak. The tannins are mellow, elegant and fine. There is also a small touch of salinity in the mouth. Good length. A beautiful wine!
