The nose is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine richness as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of candied kumquat, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of apple in syrup as well as a subtle hint of toasted almond, white flowers and an imperceptible hint of verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, syrupy, well-balanced, squared and offers an acidulous frame, a good freshness and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied pear, small notes of lychee associated with touches of kumquat in syrup, pineapple in syrup as well as hints of lychee in syrup, sugar rose petal as well as small hints of vanilla and a very discreet hints of coconut. Good length.
