The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain directness and intensity. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy boysenberry, bright redcurrant and more lightly – cornflower combined with small hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, suppleness, smoothness, a mineral framework, and energy. We find notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright redcurrants and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of fresh flowers, small pulpy fruits as well as hints of fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of toast/nutmeg. A textured side on the palate.
