The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain intensity/depth, a little creaminess in freshness. It expresses notes of fresh/fleshy strawberry, violet and more slightly – fresh/fleshy blackcurrant associated with small touches of cherry blossom and star anise. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, energy, a slight creaminess. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly – fresh flowers associated with a touch of crunchy small fruits as well as hints of licorice stick and fresh nutmeg. The tannins are supple. Good length. Freshness/minerality. A subtle hint of chocolate in the background, sapidity.
