The nose is fresh, fruity and offers concentration, a small intensity, a beautiful freshness and delicacy. It reveals notes of bright cassis, fleshy/pulpy strawberry and small notes of fleshy blackberry as well as fine touches of vanilla, pulpy/fleshy plum, almond, a very discreet hint of spices, pepper, caramelization and toasted. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, beautifully defined and offers gourmandize, a beautiful freshness, a good definition, tension, an acidulous frame as well as energy, a stretchy and tight side at the same time. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red cherry, small red berries and small notes of bright violet plum associated with touches of cassis as well as subtle hints of tonka bean, caramelization, toasted, a discreet hint of hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. Good length. Tannins are fine, elegant and racy. A subtle hint of bitterness (good bitterness) on the persistence.
