On the nose, notes of pulpy/fresh wild blackberry, ripe/fresh raspberry and subtle notes of fresh lily associated with small touches of iris, ripe/pulpy black berries as well as hints of star anise/ liquorice and a very discreet touch of pepper (in the background). On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, tension, a nice mineral frame as well as roundness and fatness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, raspberry and subtle notes of bright plum associated with touches of lily, violet as well as hints of licorice stick and discreet touches of nutmeg. Good length. A fine palatability on the finish. Discrete chocolate and toasted almond hints on the finish.
