Château Jura-Plaisance 2018 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose is aromatic and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of wild cassis, flowers and small notes of fleshy/ripe red fruits associated with a fine touch of ripe blueberry, cornflower as well as very fine hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of toasted/vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a fine straightness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, ripe/juicy red fruits and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of liquorice stick, tonka bean as well as discreet varietal hints (in the background). Good length.
