The nose is elegant, with a fine creaminess in the background, gourmandise and a little mellowness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet small notes of crushed strawberry charlotte, associated with touches of crushed/overripe redcurrants, as well as a hint of cornflower, toasted and bourbon vanilla. The palate is juicy, fruity, gourmand tasty, with freshness, an airy side in its texture, an elegant grain, discreetly tight and rich, and a tangy frame. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cherry small notes of garrigue strawberry, associated with a touch of sweet tobacco, chocolate and vanilla. A subtle hint of minerality and a nice little chewiness in the background. A wine with a lovely sapid, finely iodized persistence and good work on the good bitters.
